CET-2001Q Epoxy Resin Grout for Quartz Sensors

CET-2001Q Epoxy Resin Grout for Quartz Sensors

Short Description:

CET-200Q is 3-component modified epoxy grout (A: resin, B: curing agent, C: filler) specifically designed for the installation and anchoring of dynamic weighing quartz sensors (WIM sensors). Its purpose is to fill the gap between the concrete base groove and the sensor, providing stable support to ensure long-term stable operation of the sensor and extend its service life.

Product Detail

Product Introduction

CET-200Q is 3-component modified epoxy grout (A: resin, B: curing agent, C: filler) specifically designed for the installation and anchoring of dynamic weighing quartz sensors (WIM sensors). Its purpose is to fill the gap between the concrete base groove and the sensor, providing stable support to ensure long-term stable operation of the sensor and extend its service life.

Product Composition and Mixing Ratio

Components:

Component A: Modified epoxy resin (2.4 kg/barrel)

Component B: Curing agent (0.9 kg/barrel)

Component C: Filler (16.7 kg/barrel)

Mixing Ratio: A:B:C = 1:0.33:(5-7) (by weight), pre-packaged total weight of 20 kg/set.

Technical Parameters

Item Specification
Curing Time (23℃) Working time: 20-30 minutes; Initial setting: 6-8 hours; Fully cured: 7 days
Compressive Strength ≥40 MPa (28 days, 23℃)
Flexural Strength ≥16 MPa (28 days, 23℃)
Bond Strength ≥4.5 MPa (with C45 concrete, 28 days)
Applicable Temperature 0℃~35℃ (not recommended above 40℃)

Construction Preparation

Base Groove Dimensions:

Width ≥ Sensor width + 10mm;

Depth ≥ Sensor height + 15mm.

Base Groove Treatment:

Remove dust and debris (use compressed air to clean);

Wipe the groove surface to ensure dryness and oil-free conditions;

The groove must be free of standing water or moisture.

Mixing and Construction Steps

Mixing the Grout:

Mix components A and B with an electric drill mixer for 1-2 minutes until uniform.

Add component C and continue mixing for 3 minutes until no granules remain.

Working Time: The mixed grout must be poured within 15 minutes.

Pouring and Installation:

Pour the grout into the base groove, filling slightly above the sensor level;

Ensure the sensor is centered, with grout evenly extruded on all sides;

For gap repairs, the grout height should be slightly above the base surface.

Temperature and Mixing Ratio Adjustments

Ambient Temperature

Recommended Usage (kg/batch)

<10℃

3.0~3.3

10℃~15℃

2.8~3.0

15℃~25℃

2.4~2.8

25℃~35℃

1.3~2.3

Note:

At low temperatures (<10℃), store the materials in a 23℃ environment for 24 hours before use;

At high temperatures (>30℃), pour in small batches quickly.

Curing and Traffic Opening

Curing Conditions: The surface drying occurs after 24 hours, allowing sanding; full curing takes 7 days.

Traffic Opening Time: The grout can be used 24 hours after curing (when surface temperature ≥20℃).

Safety Precautions

Construction personnel must wear gloves, work clothes, and protective goggles;

If grout contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary;

Do not discharge uncured grout into water sources or soil;

Ensure good ventilation at the construction site to avoid inhalation of vapors.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 20 kg/set (A+B+C);

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment; shelf life of 12 months.

Note: Before construction, test a small sample to ensure the mixing ratio and working time meet on-site conditions.
